We saw this on a TV program (can't remember which one) and we don't have a recipe as we simply dipped a slice of bread (or whatever you use) into the batter, then into a small bowl of slightly crushed Captain Crunch and then grilled it as we normally do.
It added a slightly sweet taste to an already way, way too sweet breakfast but the texture was fun and we'd recommend that everyone try it at least once...
